What is Cancer Insurance?

Cancer insurance is a form of supplemental insurance meant to offset cancer-related expenses so you can focus on recovery.

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible employees as described on the Eligibility page of the employee benefits guide, spouse and dependent children* (up to age 26)
Coverage through Guardian
Payments made directly to you and do not offset with medical insurance
Annual Open Enrollments with no health questions

*Child marital status does not impact benefit eligibility
